Every Friday, Key Stage One are taking part in our very own ‘Learning in Nature’ programme. Within this programme, we also linking with St. Anthony’s School for Boys and each half term, the teachers will apply a theme to these sessions. For this half term, it has been Art. Teachers from both schools are busy planning a curriculum that will inspire, foster curiosity and link to all areas of the curriculum.
On Friday morning, the girls ventured to Golders Hill Park and focused their attention on the work of Andy Goldsworthy. He is a British sculptor, land artist, and photographer known for ephemeral works created outdoors from natural materials found on-site. Our girls were fantastic and produced their very own interpretations.
