Wellbeing Week at St. Anthony’s Girls

Last week was Children’s Mental Health Week and the girls and staff at St. Anthony’s got involved in an array of activities for the theme of ‘Express Yourself’. The wide-ranging schedule emphasised the importance of looking after not just mental health, but physical health too. We had live baking and P.E. sessions, trips to Golders Hill Park for some photography, plus lots of art, poetry and yoga.

Watch the video below to see footage of staff expressing themselves to an alternative rendition of Madonna’s ‘Express Yourself’, sung by the girls. The change in lyrics makes the song all the more relevant to the week’s theme as well as the current situation.
